The services available for you at Belmont Kids Carousel are many and varied and all aimed to make your progression into parenthood as smooth and easy as possible.
Car Safety - Our team are all fully trained and authorised car seat installers, so upon the purchase of your car safety seat it can usually be installed before you leave if required and don't worry if you already have a seat as we will also fit seats you already have, or have purchased elsewhere.
Our main concern is your child's safety and to this end we also don't fit to appointment; if you need a seat fitted we will always do our best to get it done NOW! After all, you can't just leave the kids at home for a week while you wait for an appointment, can you?
Prams, Strollers and Nursery Goods - As we also sell and service Prams and Strollers this is another area where we are doing things our way! If you purchase wheeled goods from our store they come to you assembled and ready to roll!
We will give you a run through of the goods before you depart and always be here to advise if you forget or are not sure of the workings, we also do complimentary maintenance on your pram for 2 years after purchase to keep it running like new.
Never fear if you have not purchased from us as we also do servicing and repairs on existing prams when required for a minimal charge, we have even restored older prams for customers when required, it only comes down to the availability of parts as to wether a repair can be done and this follows through to other baby products as well.
Other Services - We also offer common sense advice when required. We are older than most of the parents coming into the store and most of our own children have grown and are nearly ready to start their own families.
But we are still raising our beloved foster children, so although we have a wealth of experience from the many, many children we have raised or helped to raise, we are still in there and doing - just as you will be - so are also up to date with what's happening now.
And despite all our accumulated knowledge we also are still learning everyday the same as you, and often from you!
